These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TimToken. By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the TimToken platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About TimToken

TimToken is an AI-powered automated crypto token investing platform that connects users with automated trading systems through a single, secure interface. Our platform uses advanced AI algorithms and real-time token market data to execute automated trades on your behalf — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

TimToken does not provide personalised financial advice or investment recommendations. All investment decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the user.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the TimToken platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and not be a resident of any country where access to the platform is prohibited by applicable law. Each individual may hold only one registered account.

3. Account Registration and Verification

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and submit valid government-issued identification documents as part of our KYC process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Platform Services

TimToken provides: automated AI token trading; a real-time performance dashboard; deposit and withdrawal processing via bank transfers, cryptocurrencies, e-wallets and card payments; and customer support and onboarding to all registered users.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum initial deposit required to activate token trading functionality is $250. Deposits and withdrawals may be processed via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, e-wallet or card. All accounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. TimToken does not charge registration fees.

6. Risk Disclosure

Capital at risk: The value of your investments can decrease as well as increase. You may receive back less than the amount you initially deposited. Never invest funds that you cannot afford to lose.

No guaranteed returns: TimToken does not guarantee any specific level of profit, return on investment or token trading performance. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Market volatility: Crypto token markets are subject to rapid and unpredictable price movements that may adversely affect trading performance.

Technology risk: Automated investing platforms are subject to technical risks including software errors, connectivity issues and cybersecurity threats.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in market manipulation; use the platform to process funds from criminal activity; attempt unauthorised access to the platform; deploy unauthorised automated tools or bots; reproduce or distribute TimToken's proprietary software, algorithms or brand assets without authorisation; or use the platform in violation of any applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property available on or through TimToken are the exclusive property of TimToken or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TimToken shall not be liable for any loss of capital, profits or data arising from your use of the platform; any indirect, incidental or consequential damages; any interruption or suspension of services; or any loss arising from reliance on information provided through the platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

TimToken reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach any provision of these Terms, we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution before proceeding to binding arbitration.

12. Amendments

TimToken reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
