TimToken is committed to maintaining a safe, fair and trustworthy environment for all users of our AI-powered automated crypto token investing platform. This Abuse Policy sets out the types of conduct that are strictly prohibited, the actions we may take in response to violations, and how to report abuse. By accessing or using TimToken, you agree to comply with this policy in full.

1. Prohibited Conduct

Identity Fraud and Misrepresentation: Users must not create accounts using false, stolen or third-party identities. Submitting forged or fraudulent identity documents is a serious violation of this policy and applicable law.

Financial Fraud and Money Laundering: TimToken maintains robust AML procedures. Users must not use the platform to process, conceal or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities. Violations will result in immediate account freeze and full reporting to relevant financial intelligence units.

Unauthorised Access and System Interference: Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the TimToken platform, including other users' accounts, internal systems or databases. Reverse-engineering, decompiling or tampering with the platform's software or security infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

Market Manipulation: Users must not engage in any form of trading manipulation, including wash trading, spoofing, layering or coordinated trading schemes designed to artificially influence token market conditions.

Harassment and Abusive Communications: TimToken maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive language directed at platform staff or other users.

Spam, Phishing and Fraudulent Communications: Users must not use the platform to distribute unsolicited messages, phishing attempts or fraudulent promotions. Impersonating TimToken, its staff or its communications is strictly forbidden.

Illegal Activity: The platform must not be used for any purpose that violates applicable local, national or international law, including funding illegal enterprises or circumventing international sanctions.

2. Consequences of Violations

When TimToken identifies a breach of this Abuse Policy, we reserve the right to: issue a formal written warning; temporarily suspend account access pending investigation; permanently terminate the account; freeze account funds in compliance with our legal obligations; and/or refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. Reporting Abuse

TimToken takes all reports of abuse seriously. If you have witnessed, experienced or have reason to believe that abusive, fraudulent or unlawful conduct is taking place on or in connection with our platform, please report it through any of the following channels:

We aim to acknowledge all reports within 2 business days and complete our initial investigation within 10 business days.

4. Third-Party Brand Misuse

TimToken actively monitors for misuse of its brand, trademarks and intellectual property. If you encounter fake TimToken websites, unauthorised social media accounts posing as official TimToken profiles, or fraudulent investment schemes falsely claiming affiliation with TimToken, please report them to us immediately and to your local financial regulator.

5. Platform Security Measures

TimToken invests continuously in security including AES-256 military-grade encryption; two-factor authentication (2FA); real-time transaction monitoring powered by automated fraud detection; segregated client funds; and regular independent security audits.

6. Updates to This Policy

TimToken reserves the right to amend this Abuse Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
